Refund & Return Policy

At Flywheel AutoWorks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

  • You may return most merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, contact us at info@flywheelautoworks.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for sizing or defective items.

  • If the item you need is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or offer store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
