At Flywheel AutoWorks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
You may return most merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at info@flywheelautoworks.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for sizing or defective items.
If the item you need is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or offer store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
For defective or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
