At Flywheel Auto Works, we want to make sure your merchandise gets to you quickly and reliably. Below are the details of how we handle shipping and delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping options will be added in the future.)
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
Delays & Issues
Shipping delays can sometimes occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges
For information on returns, please see our Return Policy.
In short: items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
